John the owner was fantastic to work with. He made some suggestions we wouldn't have even thought about. The custom dining room table and chairs that we ordered are perfect. We selected a stain color that was being discontinued, however John was able to work with the builder to obtain the color we wanted. We briefly shopped for our new dining room table and chairs at the typical mainstream furniture stores. We could not find anything special and the quality was mediocre. On a whim, we visited the Heirloom Amish Furniture store and that turned out to be the best decision! This family owned shop stands above the rest in terms the experience and hospitality provided while knowing these people sell only top notch quality, handmade furniture. Before we knew it, we had spent several hours discussing options with the owners- and they were in no hurry to push. This transaction was accomplished at our pace. The result is a gorgeous, handmade table which was delivered with outstanding care and it was set up in our house by the owners and their family! Our table is one of a kind and we love it! If shopping for something special- or perhaps a bit more routine, stop by to see John and Frank. They will take care of you with their first rate customer service and offer high quality furniture that is a different level compared to the big stores.

Love the shops Downtown and this is one we frequent often with the assortment of Amish treats like cheeses, jams, and home/ outdoor decor like lake life signs & puzzle frames but the star of the show for me as a boat house owner is the outdoor patio furniture which feels like it will outlast the home itself! From a sweet robust porch chair to full on pool deck bar, just very impressed. Thanks for being a gem in a treasure trove of great choices on the Main strip!

I ordered bedroom furniture from Heirloom Amish Furniture after browsing through their store while in downtown Winter Garden. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I ordered the Sanibel king bed and nightstands with the Cappuccino finish. The craftsmanship is outstanding! I know this furniture will last a lifetime. It’s a classic design that will not go out of style. Frank at Heirloom was very helpful, and professional. Delivery and set up was very easy. I definitely recommend Heirloom if you’re looking for quality furniture (they offer many styles) or accent pieces.
We just had our desk, bookcase, and end table delivered. All quarter sawn white oak. It's beautiful. The workmanship is top notch -- both the assembly and the finish. John and Frank were a delight to work with. Professional and friendly.They offered several practical design tips along the way. We're totally happy with our experience and wish we had room for more new furniture.
